X9313WMZ, Intersil tarafından üretilen 10kΩ dijital potansiyometredir. Up/Down kontrol interface'i ile direnci 32 seviyede ayarlanabilen non-volatile bellek tipli bir entegre devredir. 8-MSOP yüzey montaj paketinde sunulan bu komponent, 5V beslemede çalışır ve 0°C ile 70°C sıcaklık aralığında kullanılabilir. 40Ω tipik wiper direncine ve ±300ppm/°C sıcaklık katsayısına sahiptir. Ses sistemleri, ölçüm cihazları, kalibrasyonlu amplifikatörler ve analog sinyal kontrol uygulamalarında tercih edilir. Non-volatile bellek özelliği sayesinde ayarlı değerler güç kaybı durumunda korunur.
