VS-ETF150Y65U Hakkında
VS-ETF150Y65U, Vishay tarafından üretilen 650V 142A kapasiteli IGBT modülüdür. Three Level Inverter konfigürasyonunda çalışan bu bileşen, EMIPAK-2B paketinde chassis mount tipi montajı destekler. Trench tipi IGBT teknolojisine sahip olan modül, maksimum 417W gücünde çalışabilir ve 175°C junctiontemperatürüne kadar dayanabilir. Vce(on) değeri 15V, 100A koşullarında 2.06V olup, collector cutoff akımı maksimum 100µA'dir. 6.6nF input kapasitansi ile hızlı anahtarlama özelliğine sahiptir. Endüstriyel güç dönüştürücüler, invertörler ve motor kontrolü uygulamalarında kullanılan bu modül artık üretilmemektedir.
