SPCM-850-10-BR1 Hakkında
Excelitas Technologies tarafından üretilen SPCM-850-10-BR1, tek foton tespit kabiliyetine sahip avalanche photodiode tabanlı foton sayma modülüdür. 850nm tepe dalga boyunda çalışan ve 400-1060nm aralığında duyarlı olan bu dedektör, 180μm aktif alan ve %58 foton tespit verimliliğine sahiptir. 37Mcps maksimum sayma hızı ve 22ns ölü zaman ile düşük 1500cps dark count rate özelliğine sahiptir. 5V DC beslemede çalışan ve TTL çıkışlı (10ns, 2.2V) bu komponent, quantum key distribution, LIDAR, flourescence microscopy, time-resolved spectroscopy ve single photon counting uygulamalarında kullanılır. Tube cage mount bracket ile monte edilebilen modül, 5°C ~ 70°C işletme sıcaklığında kullanılabilir.
