SI8710CC-B-IPR Hakkında
SI8710CC-B-IPR, Skyworks Solutions tarafından üretilen tek kanallı sayısal İzolatördür. Capacitive coupling teknolojisini kullanan bu komponent, 3750Vrms izolasyon gerilimi sağlayarak iki bağımsız devre arasında güvenli sinyal iletişimi gerçekleştirir. 1Mbps veri hızı ile çalışan SI8710CC, -40°C ile 125°C sıcaklık aralığında çalışabilir. 20kV/µs Common Mode Transient Immunity özelliğine sahiptir. 3V-30V geniş beslenme voltajı aralığında çalışan bu komponent, 60ns maksimum propagation delay ve 20ns pulse width distortion değerlerine sahiptir. Surface mount 8-DIP Gull Wing paketinde sunulan SI8710CC, endüstriyel uygulamalar, motor kontrol, güç yönetimi ve CAN/RS-485 haberleşme sistemlerinde yaygın olarak kullanılır.
