SI8660BB-B-IS1 Hakkında
SI8660BB-B-IS1, Skyworks Solutions tarafından üretilen 6 kanallı sayısal izolatördür. Capacitive coupling teknolojisi kullanarak 2500Vrms izoláasyon seviyesi sağlar. Unidirectional kanal yapısı ile 150Mbps veri hızında çalışan bu komponent, 35kV/µs CMTI (Common Mode Transient Immunity) performansı sunmaktadır. 2.5V~5.5V supply voltajında işletilen komponent, -40°C ile 125°C arasında stabil çalışır. 13ns maksimum propagation delay ve 4.5ns pulse width distortion ile düşük gecikme uygulamalarında tercih edilir. SOIC-16 yüzey montaj paketinde sunulan SI8660BB, motor kontrol, güç dönüştürücü sürücü devreleri ve endüstriyel haberleşme uygulamalarında galvanik izoláasyon gerektiren sistemlerde kullanılır.
