SI8461BB-B-IS1R Hakkında
SI8461BB-B-IS1R, Skyworks Solutions tarafından üretilen 6 kanallı sayısal izolator entegre devresidir. Capacitive coupling teknolojisi kullanarak 2500Vrms izolasyon voltajı sağlar. Unidirectional tip tasarımı ile Side 1'de 5 giriş, Side 2'de 1 giriş bulunmaktadır. 150Mbps veri transfer hızı ve 25kV/µs common mode transient immunity özelliğine sahiptir. 2.7V-5.5V arasında çalışabilen kompakt 16-SOIC SMD pakette sunulmaktadır. Düşük propagation delay (9.5ns) ve pulse width distortion (2.5ns) değerleriyle hassas sinyal izolasyonu gerektiren endüstriyel kontrol, motor sürücü, PLC ve iletişim sistemlerinde kullanılır.
