SI8442BB-D-IS1R Hakkında
SI8442BB-D-IS1R, Skyworks Solutions tarafından üretilen 4 kanallı sayısal izolator entegresidir. Capacitive Coupling teknolojisi kullanarak 2500Vrms galvanik yalıtım sağlar. 2.7V-5.5V giriş voltajında çalışan bu bileşen, 150Mbps veri transfer hızına ve 25kV/µs Common Mode Transient Immunity'ye sahiptir. Propagation delay maksimum 9.5ns, pulse width distortion ise 2.5ns'dir. Surface mount 16-SOIC paket formatında sunulan SI8442BB, endüstriyel otomasyon, motor sürücüleri, güç dönüştürücüleri ve iletişim arabirimlerinde galvanik izolasyon gerektiren uygulamalarda kullanılır. Geniş sıcaklık aralığı (-40°C ~ 125°C) ile güvenilir performans sunar. Not: Bu parça yeni tasarımlara tavsiye edilmemektedir.
