PI6LC48S25AZBBIEX, Diodes Incorporated tarafından üretilen Ethernet ağ uygulamaları için tasarlanmış entegre bir saat üreteci (clock generator) komponentdir. HIFLEX mimarisi ile diferansiyel giriş ve çıkış desteği sunan bu bileşen, 312.5MHz'e kadar maksimum frekans üretebilir. CMOS, LVPECL ve Crystal giriş opsiyonları ile CMOS, LVDS ve LVPECL çıkış formları destekler. 2:6 oran ile PLL ve bypass özelliğine sahip olan komponent, Ethernet ağ altyapısı, endüstriyel ağ cihazları ve iletişim sistemlerinde kullanılır. 56-VFQFN pakete yerleştirilen komponent, -40°C ile 85°C arasında çalışabilir ve 2.38V ile 3.63V beslenme gerilimi aralığında çalışmaktadır.
