MPC9600AE Hakkında
MPC9600AE, NXP Semiconductors tarafından üretilen bir PLL tabanlı clock driver entegresi olup, saat üretimi, frekans sentezi ve clock dağıtımı uygulamalarında kullanılır. 1:21 oranında input/output çoğaltma özelliğine sahip bu bileşen, LVCMOS ve LVPECL giriş sinyallerini destekler ve LVCMOS çıkış seviyesinde sinyal üretir. Maksimum 200MHz frekansda çalışabilen MPC9600AE, bypass modu ile PLL'yi devre dışı bırakma imkanı sunar. 2.375V ile 3.465V arasında besleme gerilimine ihtiyaç duyan bileşen, -40°C ile 85°C sıcaklık aralığında stabil çalışır. 48-LQFP (7x7) paketinde sunulan ve surface mount teknolojisi ile entegrasyonu yapılan bu chip, zero delay buffer, multiplexer ve fanout dağıtım işlevlerini yerine getirir.
