MAX14130FAEE+T Hakkında
MAX14130FAEE+T, Analog Devices tarafından üretilen 4 kanallı sayısal izolator bileşenidir. Capacitive coupling teknolojisi kullanarak 1000Vrms galvanik izolasyon sağlar. 150Mbps veri hızında çalışan bu komponent, unidirectional kanal yapısı ile tasarlanmıştır. 25kV/µs Common Mode Transient Immunity (CMTI) değeri ile EMI ortamlarında güvenilir performans sunur. 16-QSOP SMD paketinde sunulan MAX14130, 1.71V-5.5V geniş beslenme voltaj aralığında çalışabilir. Propagation delay değerleri (tpLH: 7.5ns, tpHL: 7.4ns) ve 1ns pulse width distortion ile düşük gecikme uygulamalarında tercih edilir. -40°C ile 125°C işletme sıcaklık aralığında çalışır. İnverter, motor sürücü kontrol devreleri, CAN bus izolasyonu ve güç yönetim sistemlerinde kullanılır.
