MAX11138ATI+ is a 10-bit Successive Approximation Register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter designed for data acquisition applications. The device features a programmable gain amplifier with MUX-Sample/Hold-ADC configuration, supporting differential, pseudo-differential, and single-ended analog inputs. With 2 veya 4 input channels, this ADC delivers 500 kilo samples per second sampling rate, making it suitable for medium-speed data acquisition systems. The SPI digital interface enables easy integration with microcontrollers and DSP processors. Operating from 2.35V to 3.6V dual supply rails, the MAX11138ATI+ is widely used in industrial measurement systems, sensor signal processing, battery management systems, and portable instrumentation devices.
