LC4256C-10T100I, Lattice Semiconductor tarafından üretilen 256 macrocell kapasiteli CPLD (Complex Programmable Logic Device) entegresidir. 10 nanosaniye maksimum prop delay time ile sayısal devre tasarımında kullanılır. 64 adet giriş/çıkış pini, 16 mantık bloğu ve 100-TQFP yüzey montaj paketine sahiptir. In-System Programmable özelliği sayesinde sisteme entegre edildikten sonra programlanabilir. -40°C ile +105°C çalışma sıcaklık aralığında ve 1.65V-1.95V iç besleme voltajında çalışır. Dijital kontrol sistemleri, sinyal işleme, protokol yönetimi ve mantık uygulamalarında tercih edilir.
