IL 717-1E Hakkında
IL 717-1E, NVE Corporation tarafından üretilen GMR (Giant Magnetoresistive) teknolojisine dayalı sayısal izolasyon bileşenidir. 4 kanallı, tek yönlü izolasyon yapısına sahip bu komponent, 2500Vrms izolasyon seviyesi ile elektrik potansiyelinin farklı olduğu devreler arasında güvenli veri iletişimi sağlar. 110Mbps veri hızı, 100kV/µs Common Mode Transient Immunity (CMTI) ve 15ns maksimum yayılma gecikmesi ile seri haberleşme, motor kontrol, enerji yönetimi ve endüstriyel otomasyon uygulamalarında kullanılır. -40°C ile 100°C arasında çalışan bu bileşen, 3V-5.5V besleme gerilimine sahip sistemlerde entegre edilmek üzere tasarlanmıştır.
