IL 711-2B Hakkında
IL 711-2B, NVE Corporation tarafından üretilen 2-kanallı sayısal izolatördür. GMR (Giant Magnetoresistive) teknolojisi kullanarak 2500Vrms izolasyon sağlar. 110Mbps veri hızı ve 100kV/µs Common Mode Transient Immunity ile yüksek frekanslı uygulamalarda sinyal aktarımını gerçekleştirir. Ünidireksiyonel yapısı ve 3V-5.5V çalışma voltajı ile endüstriyel kontrol, motor sürücü ve güç yönetimi sistemlerinde kullanılmaktadır. 8-PDIP through hole paketinde sunulan bu bileşen, -55°C ile 125°C arasında kararlı çalışır. 15ns maksimum propagasyon gecikmesi ve 3ns pulse width distortion ile hassas zamanlama gereksinimi olan uygulamalara uygundur.
