Renesas Electronics tarafından üretilen ICS954309BKLFT, Intel CPU, Intel CPU-M ve PCI Express (PCIe) uygulamaları için Timing Control Hub işlevini yerine getiren bir saat kontrolü entegre devresine (IC) ait komponenttir. Maximum 400MHz frekans çıkışı sağlayabilen bu cihaz, kristal ossilatör girişi ile çalışır ve PLL teknolojisini kullanarak 1:20 oranında giriş/çıkış frekans dönüşümü gerçekleştirir. Surface mount montajı ile tasarlanmış 64-VFQFN (9x9mm) paketinde sunulan komponent, 3.135V-3.465V voltaj aralığında işletilir ve 0°C ile 70°C sıcaklık ortamında çalışmak üzere belirlenmiştir. Ürün artık üretilmemektedir (obsolete).
