HCPL-901J Hakkında
HCPL-901J, Broadcom tarafından üretilen 4 kanallı sayısal izolatördür. GMR (Giant Magnetoresistive) teknolojisini kullanarak 2500Vrms izolasyon sağlar. 110MBd veri hızı ve 15kV/µs Common Mode Transient Immunity ile yüksek EMI ortamlarında güvenilir işlem gerçekleştirir. Surface mount 16-SO paketinde sunulan bileşen, 3V-5.5V beslenme aralığında çalışır. Propagation delay 15ns, pulse width distortion 3ns ve 1ns rise/fall time özellikleriyle hassas zamanlama gerektiren uygulamalarda kullanılır. Industrial, motor kontrolü, güç yönetimi ve CAN/RS-485 haberleşme devreleri gibi izolasyon gereken sistemlerde uygulanır.
