TO-247-3 paketinde sunulan bu komponent, 1 çift ortak katot (Common Cathode) konfigürasyonunda çalışır. Maksimum ileri voltaj 1.8V @ 8A olup, reverse recovery time 0 ns'dir. -55°C ile 175°C arasında çalışan bu diyot, doğrultma uygulamaları, güç çevirici devreleri, inverter üniteleri ve yüksek frekanslı anahtarlama uygulamalarında kullanılır.
