FR106-T Hakkında
FR106-T, Diodes Incorporated tarafından üretilen 800V 1A kapasiteli fast recovery standart doğrultucu diyottur. DO-41 axial Through Hole paket ile sunulan bu bileşen, 250 ns reverse recovery time ve 1.3V forward voltage özelliğine sahiptir. -65°C ile 175°C arasında çalışabilen FR106-T, endüstriyel doğrultma uygulamalarında, switched-mode power supplies (SMPS), denetlenmiş rektifikasyon ve genel amaçlı doğrultma devrelerinde kullanılır. Fast recovery kategorisinde (≤500ns, >200mA) konumlandırılan bu diyot, yüksek reverse voltage uygulamaları için uygundur. Ürün artık üretilmemektedir (Obsolete status).
