CR12CM-12B#BB0 Hakkında
CR12CM-12B#BB0, Renesas Electronics Corporation tarafından üretilen Standard Recovery türü SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) tristördür. TO-220-3 paketinde sunulan bu komponent, 600V kapı kapalı voltajında 18.8A RMS akımını kontrol edebilir. Gate trigger akımı maksimum 30mA, hold akımı 15mA ile karakterize edilmiştir. -40°C ile 150°C arasında işletme sıcaklığında çalışır. Güç kontrol uygulamalarında, AC motor kontrolü, ısıtma elemanları kontrolü ve power conversion devreleri gibi yüksek akım gerektiren anahtarlama uygulamalarında kullanılır. Through-hole montaj tipi sayesinde geleneksel PCB tasarımlarında kolayca entegre edilebilir. Komponent güncel üretimde bulunmamaktadır.
