BTB24-800CWRG Hakkında
BTB24-800CWRG, STMicroelectronics tarafından üretilen 800V TRIAC (bidirectional triode thyristor) bileşenidir. Alternistor tipi snubberless tasarım ile AC güç kontrolü uygulamalarında kullanılır. 25A RMS on-state akımı ile ısıtma, aydınlatma, motor kontrol ve endüstriyel anahtarlama devrelerinde tercih edilir. TO-220-3 paketinde sunulan bu komponent, -40°C ile 125°C arasında güvenli çalışır. Maksimum gate trigger akımı 35mA, gate trigger gerilimi 1.3V olup, 250-260A non-repetitive surge akım kapasitesine sahiptir. Through-hole montajı ile PCB'ye doğrudan entegre edilebilir.
