BAT64W-7-F, Diodes Incorporated tarafından üretilen fast recovery Schottky diyottur. SOT-323 (SC-70) surface mount paketinde sunulan bu komponent, düşük forward voltage düşüşü ve hızlı reverse recovery time özellikleriyle doğrultma, anahtarlama ve sinyaleme uygulamalarında kullanılır. 40V maksimum reverse voltage, 250mA average rectified current ve 3ns reverse recovery time ile analog sinyal işleme, güç yönetimi ve RF devrelerinde tercih edilir. -65°C ile 150°C arasında çalışabilir.
