AH3563Q-P-B Hakkında
AH3563Q-P-B, Diodes Incorporated tarafından üretilen omnipolar Hall Effect manyetik sensörüdür. North Pole ve South Pole polaritelerini algılayabilen bu bileşen, ±4.5mT trigger ve ±0.5mT release hassasiyeti ile çalışır. 3V ile 28V arasında geniş çalışma voltaj aralığına sahiptir. Temperature Compensated (sıcaklık telafisi) özelliği sayesinde -40°C ile 150°C arasında sabit performans sunar. Open Drain çıkış tipi ile maksimum 55mA akım sağlayabilir. 3-SIP Through Hole paketinde sunulan AH3563Q-P-B, endüstriyel kontrol sistemleri, kapı/pencere algılama, konum sensörleri ve manyetik anahtar uygulamalarında kullanılır.
