AH175-PG-A-B Hakkında
AH175-PG-A-B, Diodes Incorporated tarafından üretilen Hall Effect tabanlı manyetik latch anahtarıdır. Katı hal teknolojisi kullanarak manyetik alan tespiti yapan bu bileşen, 8mT trip ve -8mT release seviyeleri ile çalışır. 3.5V ile 20V arasında besleme voltajında kullanılabilir, maksimum 25mA çıkış akımı sağlar. Open collector çıkış tipi ile tasarlanan komponent, sıcaklık kompanzasyonu özelliğine sahiptir ve -40°C ile 150°C işletme sıcaklığında güvenilir performans gösterir. Through-hole montaj tipi ile PCB'lere doğrudan entegre edilebilir. Endüstriyel kontrol sistemleri, pozisyon algılama, kontaklı anahtarlar ve manyetik alan tespiti gereken uygulamalarda yaygın olarak kullanılır.
