ADUM7643CRQZ Hakkında
ADUM7643CRQZ, Analog Devices tarafından üretilen 6 kanallı sayısal izolatördür. 1000Vrms izolasyon voltajı ile yüksek voltaj ortamlarında güvenli sinyal iletişimi sağlar. Magnetic coupling teknolojisi kullanarak 25Mbps veri hızında çalışır. 3V-5.5V arasında beslenme voltajı gerektiren bu bileşen, endüstriyel otomasyon, motor kontrol, fotovoltaik inverterler ve güç yönetimi sistemlerinde izolasyon görevi yapar. 15kV/µs common mode transient immunity ve 50ns propagation delay ile düşük EMI etkisine sahiptir. SMD paket ile PCB üzerine kolayca monte edilebilir.
