ADUM6410BRSZ-RL7 Hakkında
ADUM6410BRSZ-RL7, Analog Devices tarafından üretilen 4 kanallı sayısal izolatördür. Magnetic coupling teknolojisini kullanarak 3750Vrms yalıtım voltajı sağlar. 150Mbps veri hızında çalışabilen bu komponent, CAN bus, RS-485, motor kontrol ve güç yönetimi uygulamalarında kullanılır. 75kV/µs Common Mode Transient Immunity ile EMI/RFI ortamlarında kararlı performans gösterir. 1.7V-5.5V geniş besleme voltajı aralığında çalışır. 13ns propagation delay ve 3ns pulse width distortion ile hassas timing gerektiren endüstriyel ve otomotiv sistemlerine uyumludur. -40°C ile 105°C arasında güvenli çalışır. Surface mount 24-SSOP paketinde sunulur.
