ADUM6212ARSZ-RL7 Hakkında
ADUM6212ARSZ-RL7, Analog Devices tarafından üretilen 2 kanallı sayısal izolatördür. Magnetic coupling teknolojisini kullanan bu bileşen, 3750Vrms izolasyon voltajı ile yüksek gerilim uygulamalarında sinyal transferini güvenli şekilde sağlar. 1 Mbps veri hızında çalışan ve Common Mode Transient Immunity özelliği ile 25kV/µs değerine sahiptir. 2.7V~5.5V beslenme aralığında ve -40°C~105°C sıcaklık koşullarında çalışır. Propagation delay maksimum 50ns, pulse width distortion maksimum 10ns'dir. Surface mount 20-SSOP paketinde sunulan bu bileşen, endüstriyel kontrol sistemleri, motor sürücüleri, enerji yönetimi ve CAN/RS-485 iletişim uygulamalarında kullanılır.
