ADUM5202WCRWZ-RL Hakkında
ADUM5202WCRWZ-RL, Analog Devices tarafından üretilen 2 kanallı sayısal izolatördür. Magnetic coupling teknolojisi kullanarak 2500Vrms isolation sağlar. 25Mbps veri hızı ile çalışan bu bileşen, 25kV/µs Common Mode Transient Immunity özelliğine sahiptir. 3.3V ve 5V beslemede çalışabilen cihaz, -40°C ile 105°C sıcaklık aralığında kullanılabilir. 60ns maksimum propagation delay ve 6ns pulse width distortion özellikleri ile hassas uygulamalarda tercih edilir. Surface mount 16-SOIC paketinde sunulan bu izolatör, endüstriyel kontrol sistemleri, motor sürücüleri, CAN/RS-485 uygulamaları ve güç yönetim sistemlerinde kullanılır.
