ADUM4401ARWZ-RL Hakkında
ADUM4401ARWZ-RL, Analog Devices tarafından üretilen 4 kanallı sayısal izolasyon entegresi olup, 5000Vrms izolasyon seviyesi sağlar. Magnetic coupling teknolojisi kullanarak, Side 1'de 3 giriş ve Side 2'de 1 giriş kanalına sahiptir. 1Mbps veri hızı ile çalışan bu bileşen, 25kV/µs Common Mode Transient Immunity değerine ulaşır. 3V-5.5V beslenme voltajında çalışabilen ADUM4401ARWZ-RL, maksimum 100ns propagation delay ve 40ns pulse width distortion ile hızlı sinyal aktarımı gerçekleştirir. Surface mount 16-SOIC pakette sunulan bu izolasyon IC'si, -40°C ile 105°C arasında işletilebilir. Sayısal sistemlerde, CAN bus uygulamalarında, DC-DC converterlerde ve EMI koruması gereken endüstriyel kontrol sistemlerinde kullanılır.
