ADUM3470CRSZ-RL7 Hakkında
ADUM3470CRSZ-RL7, Analog Devices tarafından üretilen 4 kanallı sayısal izolatördür. Magnetic coupling teknolojisi ile 2500Vrms izolasyon sağlayan bu bileşen, yüksek common mode transient immunity (25kV/µs) özelliğine sahiptir. 25Mbps veri transfer hızı ile çalışan cihaz, 60ns maksimum propagation delay sunar. Düşük pulse width distortion (8ns) ve hızlı rise/fall time (2.5ns) değerleri ile sinyal bütünlüğünü korur. 3V-3.6V ve 4.5V-5.5V beslenme voltajlarında çalışabilen ADUM3470, -40°C ile +105°C arasında güvenilir performans gösterir. Surface mount 20-SSOP paketinde sunulan cihaz, endüstriyel uygulamalar, motor kontrolü, güç yönetimi ve iletişim sistemlerinde kullanılır.
