ADUM3201CRZ-RL7 Hakkında
ADUM3201CRZ-RL7, Analog Devices tarafından üretilen 2 kanallı sayısal izolatördür. Magnetic coupling teknolojisi kullanarak 2500Vrms izolasyon voltajı sağlar. 25 Mbps veri hızında çalışabilen bu bileşen, 3V ile 5.5V arasında besleme voltajında işletilir. Common mode transient immunity değeri 25kV/µs olup, propagation delay maksimum 45ns, pulse width distortion maksimum 3ns'dir. Rise/fall time 2.5ns'dir. -40°C ile 105°C sıcaklık aralığında çalışır. 8-SOIC yüzey montajlı pakette sunulan bu izolatör, endüstriyel uygulamalar, motor kontrolü, güç yönetimi ve CAN/RS-485 haberleşme sistemlerinde kullanılır.
