ADUM3200WARZ Hakkında
ADUM3200WARZ, Analog Devices tarafından üretilen 2 kanallı sayısal İzolatördür. Magnetic Coupling teknolojisi kullanarak 2500Vrms izolasyon sağlar. Tek yönlü veri iletişimi için tasarlanmış olan bileşen, 1Mbps veri hızında çalışır ve 25kV/µs common mode transient immunity özelliğine sahiptir. 3V ile 5.5V arasında besleme gerilimi ile çalışabilen ADUM3200WARZ, -40°C ile 125°C sıcaklık aralığında hizmet verir. 150ns maksimum propagation delay ve 40ns pulse width distortion ile düşük gecikme ve distorsiyon sağlar. Surface mount 8-SOIC paketlemesi ile endüstriyel uygulamalar, motor kontrolü, güç yönetimi devreleri ve CAN bus iletişim sistemlerinde kullanılır.
