ADUM231D1BRIZ-RL, Analog Devices tarafından üretilen 3 kanallı sayısal İzolatördür. Magnetic coupling teknolojisi kullanarak 5000Vrms izolasyon seviyesi sağlar. 150Mbps veri hızı ve 75kV/µs Common Mode Transient Immunity ile endüstriyel uygulamalarda kullanılır. 16-SOIC yüzey montajlı paket, 1.7V-5.5V geniş besleme voltajı aralığı ve -40°C ~ 125°C işletme sıcaklığı aralığına sahiptir. 13ns maksimum propagation delay ve 3ns pulse width distortion ile hassas timing gereksinimleri olan sistemlerde uygulanabilir. Motor kontrol, güç yönetimi, CAN/RS-485 veri haberleşmesi ve endüstriyel ağ protokollerinde kullanılan bir bileşendir.
