ADUM1442ARSZ Hakkında
ADUM1442ARSZ, Rochester Electronics tarafından üretilen dört kanallı sayısal izolasyon entegre devresidir. Manyetik kuplaj teknolojisini kullanan bu bileşen, 3750Vrms isolasyon voltajı ile yüksek gerilim ortamlarında güvenli veri iletimini sağlar. 2Mbps veri hızı ve 25kV/µs Common Mode Transient Immunity özelliği ile endüstriyel ve otoomotiv uygulamalarında kullanılır. Surface mount 20-SSOP paketinde sunulan komponent, 2.25V ~ 3.6V besleme voltajı ile çalışır. Propagation delay maksimum 180ns olup, 8ns pulse width distortion ile hassas zamanlama gerektiren sistemlerde tercih edilir. -40°C ~ 125°C çalışma sıcaklığı aralığında güvenilir performans sunar.
