ADUM1440ARSZ-RL7 Hakkında
ADUM1440ARSZ-RL7, Analog Devices tarafından üretilen 4 kanallı sayısal izolatördür. Magnetic coupling teknolojisini kullanarak 3750Vrms izolasyon seviyesi sağlar. Unidirectional veri akışı ile çalışan bu bileşen, 2Mbps veri hızında haberleşme yapabilir. 25kV/µs common mode transient immunity özelliği sayesinde elektromanyetik ortamlarda güvenilir performans sunar. 20-SSOP surface mount paketi ile PCB üzerine entegre edilir. 2.25V-3.6V besleme voltajında çalışan ADUM1440, -40°C ile 125°C arasında sıcaklık aralığında işletilir. Düşük propagation delay (180ns) ve pulse width distortion (8ns) özellikleri ile hassas zamanlama gerektiren uygulamalarda tercih edilir. Industrial, automotive ve communication sistemlerinde gal izolasyon ihtiyacını karşılamak için tasarlanmıştır.
