ADUM1402CRW-RL Hakkında
ADUM1402CRW-RL, Analog Devices tarafından üretilen 2.5kV sayısal izolator entegre devresidir. Magnetic coupling teknolojisi kullanarak 2 adet input ve 2 adet output kanalına sahip olan bu bileşen, iki elektrik potansiyelinin ayırılması gereken uygulamalarda güvenli iletişim sağlar. 90 Mbps veri transfer hızı, 25kV/µs common mode transient immunity ve 32ns propagation delay ile cihazlar arası izolasyon gerektiren motor kontrol, güç yönetimi, endüstriyel sensör arayüzleri ve haberleşme sistemlerinde kullanılır. Surface mount 16-SOIC paket türünde tasarlanmış olup, -40°C ile 105°C sıcaklık aralığında çalışır. 2.7V-5.5V beslenme gerilimine sahiptir.
