ADUM1281CRZ-RL7 Hakkında
ADUM1281CRZ-RL7, Analog Devices tarafından üretilen 2 kanallı sayısal izolasyon entegresi olup, magnetic coupling teknolojisini kullanarak 3000Vrms izolasyon sağlar. Unidirectional kanal yapısı ile tasarlanan bileşen, 100Mbps veri hızında çalışır ve 25kV/µs common mode transient immunity özelliğine sahiptir. 24ns propagation delay ve 2ns pulse width distortion değerleriyle hassas sinyal aktarımını gerçekleştirir. 3V-5.5V geniş besleme voltajı aralığında işletim yapabilen cihaz, -40°C ile +125°C sıcaklık aralığında stabil performans sunar. 8-pin SOIC yüzey montajlı paket ile endüstriyel uygulamalar, motor kontrol sistemleri, CAN/RS-485 iletişim arayüzleri ve güç dönüştürücü kontrol devrelerinde kullanılır.
