ADUM1201ARZ Hakkında
ADUM1201ARZ, Analog Devices tarafından üretilen 2 kanallı sayısal izolasyon entegre devresidir. Magnetic coupling teknolojisi kullanarak 2500Vrms izolasyon sağlar. 1Mbps veri iletim hızı ve 25kV/µs common mode transient immunity özelliği ile endüstriyel uygulamalarda yüksek güvenilirlik sunar. Surface mount 8-SOIC paketinde tasarlanmış olan bileşen, 2.7V ile 5.5V arasında çalışır. 150ns maksimum propagation delay ve 40ns maksimum pulse width distortion ile hassas zamanlama gerektiren sistemlerde kullanılabilir. Sıcaklık aralığı -40°C ile 105°C arasında değişir. Motor kontrol, endüstriyel otomasyon, güç yönetimi ve iletişim sistemlerinde izolasyon sağlamak amacıyla tercih edilir.
