ADUM1200CR-RL7 Hakkında
ADUM1200CR-RL7, Analog Devices tarafından üretilen 2 kanallı sayısal izolatördür. Magnetic coupling teknolojisini kullanarak 2500Vrms izolasyon voltajı sağlar. 25Mbps veri hızında çalışan bu komponent, 25kV/µs common mode transient immunity sunmaktadır. Single-direction sinyal iletimi için tasarlanmış olup, 2.7V ile 5.5V arasında çalışır. 8-pin SOIC paketinde sunulan cihaz, -40°C ile 105°C sıcaklık aralığında işletim yapabilir. Endüstriyel uygulamalar, motor kontrol sistemleri ve güç yönetimi devrelerinde izolyasyon gerektiren uygulamalarda kullanılır. Düşük propagation delay (45ns) ve minimal pulse width distortion (3ns) özellikleri hassas zamanlama gerektiren sistemlerde tercih edilmesini sağlar.
