9UMS9001AKLF Hakkında
Renesas Electronics tarafından üretilen 9UMS9001AKLF, Ultra Mobile PC (UMPC) sistemleri için tasarlanmış uygulamaya özel bir saat/zamanlama entegresi devresidir. Crystal giriş ile beslenip, PLL (Phase Locked Loop) içeren bu bileşen, 1:14 oran ile 200MHz'e kadar çıkışlı clock sinyalleri üretir. 56-VFQFPN BGA paketinde sunulan komponent, 1.71V ile 3.465V arasında çalışır ve 0°C ile 70°C işletme sıcaklığı aralığında güvenilir performans gösterir. Mobil ve taşınabilir bilgisayar uygulamalarında ana saat kaynağı olarak kullanılır.
