9DBL411AKLF-INT, Renesas Electronics tarafından üretilen uygulamaya özel saat ve zamanlama entegre devresdir. 400MHz'e kadar frekans kapasitesine sahip bu bileşen, CPU ve PCI Express (PCIe) sistemlerinde clock dağıtım ve senkronizasyon görevlerinde kullanılır. Differential giriş ve çıkış desteği ile 1:4 oran çarpanı özelliğindedir. 20-pin VFQFN paketinde sunulan bu IC, 3.135V-3.465V arası besleme gerilimi ile çalışır ve 0°C ile 70°C sıcaklık aralığında işletilmek üzere tasarlanmıştır. Surface mount teknolojisi ile PCB'ye entegre edilir. PLL devresi içermez.
