854S54AKILFT Hakkında
Renesas Electronics tarafından üretilen 854S54AKILFT, saat sentezi, jeneratör ve PLL işlevlerine sahip bir saat tampon ve sürücü entegre devresiydir. 2.5 GHz maksimum frekans kapasitesine sahip bu bileşen, CML, LVDS ve LVPECL giriş biçimlerini destekler ve LVDS çıkış sağlar. 2:1 ve 1:2 giriş:çıkış oranlarında çalışabilen cihaz, 2 devre içerir. Surface mount 16-VFQFN paketinde sunulan komponent, -40°C ile 85°C arasında güvenilir çalışma sunar. 2.375V ile 2.625V arasında beslenme voltajı ile endüstriyel ve telekomünikasyon uygulamalarında saat dağıtım sistemlerinde kullanılmaktadır.
